I have red about all 10 contests of bank complains. I came to know that there are different kinds of problems custmer face as a account holder. There is no doubt about that bank have to provide awarness to all their custmor that what kind of rates has charged and for what purposes.

I did not have any kind of problem about the bank transactions or any other activity yet in four month from day i arrived at canada, except one mistake which was actulay was my fault.I got lot of extra bills and fee charges did not know for what. I thought that bank was really ripping me off .So i called custmer service and gave them piece of my mind.I was really anxious about those extra bills because i paid already£100 in form of fees.I felt that i was pouring money down the drain.But then coustmor rep told me that it was included in my account policy actually i did n t check clearly all the rules of my bank account.Despite i was wrong coustmor service rep really sory about the situation.At the end i felt that bank still drive me crazy.Because coustmors always have some doubt in their mind.
